acv67 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the acv67 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, financial transaction services, promotional offers, and any other services made available through the acv67 website at acv67.app (the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and acv67 (the "Operator"). By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have an existing account, contact acv67 customer support to arrange account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. acv67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. In the event of a material amendment, acv67 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. These Terms should be read in conjunction with acv67's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

acv67 supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): ৳100.
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): ৳1,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where acv67 approves an alternative at its discretion.
• acv67 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

acv67 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to provide documentary evidence of identity and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending successful verification. acv67 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete verification documentation.

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or in combination with others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human use.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an identifiable glitch are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting across linked accounts, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to manipulate outcomes or drain bonus value without genuine risk.
• Using the Platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity under Bangladeshi law or international law.

acv67 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law. Any funds identified as being associated with prohibited conduct are subject to immediate freezing pending investigation. acv67 will report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

The acv67 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. acv67 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acv67 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acv67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage. In no event shall acv67's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your acv67 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Technical failures: acv67 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a technical failure of the Platform, including server downtime, software errors, or connectivity issues, except where such failure is directly caused by acv67's own gross negligence.
• Payment delays: acv67 shall not be liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Player's payment provider, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank.
• Force majeure: acv67 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond acv67's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or widespread internet service disruption.
• Gambling losses: acv67 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. Online casino games and sports betting carry inherent financial risk. Players are solely responsible for managing their gambling expenditure.

acv67 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on acv67, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. acv67 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict access controls to personal data stored on its systems.

acv67 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. acv67 may share personal data with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law. All third-party service providers who receive personal data from acv67 are required to comply with data protection standards equivalent to those applied by acv67 itself.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of the acv67 Platform that cannot be resolved through acv67's internal complaints process should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution channel notified by acv67 from time to time.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by acv67 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and acv67 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
